1606 is a multifunctional self-emulsifying ester that combines synthetic ester base oil and emulsifying properties.
It offers lubrication and emulsification characteristics, providing stability in hard water.
In fully synthetic and semi-synthetic metalworking fluids, it provides excellent lubrication.
It allows metalworking fluids to exhibit low foam, no soap formation, and no odor during processing.
It is non-corrosive to non-ferrous metals, especially aluminum and magnesium alloys.
1. Provides excellent lubrication, anti-rust, and cleaning effects on the surfaces of metal processing components. Effectively reduces occurrences of tool and chip adhesion, improves product smoothness, and reduces wear on processing components. Highly suitable for non-ferrous metal processing components with strong hard water resistance.
2. It is recommended to use 1606 in fully synthetic metalworking fluids, semi-synthetic metalworking fluids, emulsifying oils, and other water-based formulations. Its performance far exceeds that of ordinary animal oils and is suitable for formulating cutting oils and stamping and drawing oils. Especially in aluminum processing, it demonstrates superior cutting performance.
3. Highly suitable for use in semi-synthetic metalworking fluids for cutting, grinding, wire drawing, and stamping.
Test Components: 1% Lubricant + 1.5% Triethanolamine + 97.5% Deionized Water
Foam Test: Take 40 ml of the test solution in a 100 ml graduated cylinder, shake it vigorously up and down 100-120 times within 1 minute, and record the volume (ml) of the upper layer foam for a specific period.
