1409B is suitable for both oil-based and water-based cutting fluids, especially for water-based processing. It emulsifies easily, has good dispersion, excellent compatibility with base oils, strong extreme pressure lubrication, forms a uniform film, and is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and biodegradable.
Excellent oil-soluble lubricant with good solubility in both paraffin-based and naphthenic base oils.
Provides good lubrication performance and assists in the emulsion stability of the formulation.
