1. Provides excellent lubrication, anti-rust, and cleaning effects on the surfaces of metal processing components. Effectvely reduces occurrences of tool and chip adhesion, improves product smoothness, and reduces wear on processing components. Highly suitable for non-ferrous metal processing components with strong hard water resistance.
2. It is recommended to use 1600 in fully synthetic metalworking fluids, semi-synthetic metalworking fluids, emulsifying oils, and other water-based formulations. Its performance far exceeds that of ordinary animal oils and is suitable for formulating cutting oils and stamping and drawing oils. Especially in aluminum processing, it demonstrates superior cutting performance.
