1096 is a multifunctional lubricant containing ether, ester, and other functional groups. It utilizes hindered raw materials to reduce ester hydrolysis, providing functions such as lubrication, emulsification, and hard water stability.

Cutting Fluid

In semi-synthetic metalworking fluids, it exhibits outstanding lubrication and emulsification performance. Additionally, it is low-foaming, non-soap forming, and odorless. It is highly compatible with non-ferrous metals, especially in aluminum and magnesium alloy metalworking environments.

Features

1. Provides excellent lubrication, anti-rust, emulsification, and cleaning effects on the surfaces of metal processing components. Effectively reduces occurrences of tool and chip adhesion, improves the smoothness of metal processing components, and reduces wear on processing components. It is highly suitable for non-ferrous metal processing components and has strong hard water resistance.

2. It is recommended to use 1096 in semi-synthetic metalworking fluids, emulsifying oils, and other water-based formulations. 1096 is also suitable for formulating cutting oils and stamping and drawing oils. Especially in aluminum processing, it demonstrates superior cutting performance.

3. Highly suitable for use in semi-synthetic metalworking fluids for cutting, grinding, wire drawing, and stamping.
