1407 is suitable for both oil-based and water-based cutting and grinding fluids, as well as various oil-based formulations.
It is highly emulsifiable, offers excellent dispersion, good compatibility with base oils, strong anti-squeeze capability, even film formation, is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, and biodegradable.
Excellent oil-soluble lubricant, with good solubility in paraffin-based and cycloalkane-based base oils, and it exhibits good water solubility after alkali neutralization.
Provides excellent lubrication performance for formulations and also plays a supporting role in emulsion stability.
Biodegradable and environmentally friendly product.
Particularly suitable for aluminum processing in rolling oils, emulsions, and semi-synthetic or synthetic cutting fluids
