This product is a solvent-free, sterically hindered compound with a bis-secondary amine structure, a low-viscosity resin capable of reacting with -NCO groups.
High Solids and Low Viscosity: Allows the formulation of high-solids, low-viscosity, environmentally friendly coatings (with application solids up to 100%).
High Reactivity: Offers longer gel time compared to LR-1420 and LR-1220.
Versatile Usage: LR-1520 can be used alone or mixed with hydroxyl-containing acrylic resins, LR-1420, LR-1220, and then cross-linked with aliphatic isocyanates to achieve specific activation and drying times.
Easy Application: Suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure impingement mixing spray application, as well as brush, trowel, and roller applications.
Excellent Film Properties: The coating film offers outstanding fullness, leveling, and gloss.
Superior Durability: The film possesses excellent weather resistance, water resistance, solvent resistance, acid and alkali resistance, and salt spray resistance.
High Hardness: Achieves up to 2H hardness with exceptional wear resistance (abrasion loss ≤ 20mg (500r/750g)).

Widely used in automotive paint applications, significantly enhancing the film’s fullness, gloss, hardness, and drying speed.
Ideal for grinding high-concentration color pastes, especially for automotive refinishing paints. The resulting paste can reach 100% solids, with titanium dioxide content up to about 70%. It is highly suitable for grinding high-pigment carbon black, achieving a superior blackness compared to ordinary acrylics.
Extensively applied in high-end industrial paints and wood coatings, particularly in environments requiring high hardness and abrasion resistance.

Can I get samples for testing purposes? How are samples shipped?
If you require samples, we can send them to you, but there will be a sample fee involved. If we proceed with further cooperation, we can offset the sample fee against a portion of the bulk order costs to provide you with free samples.
