This product is a solvent-free, bis-secondary amine structure compound, a low-viscosity resin capable of reacting with -NCO groups.
High Solids and Low Viscosity: Enables the formulation of high-solids, low-viscosity, environmentally friendly coatings (with application solids up to 100%).
High Reactivity: Reacts with HDI trimer, achieving surface dryness in 15 minutes.
Good Adhesion: The coating adheres well without peeling, remains flexible at low temperatures, and resists cracking at -35°C.
Excellent Film Properties: The coating film offers superior fullness, leveling, and gloss.
Outstanding Durability: The coating film has excellent weather resistance, low-temperature flexibility, and resistance to water, solvents, acids, alkalis, and salt spray.
High Hardness: Achieves a hardness of up to 2H with exceptional wear resistance (abrasion loss ≤ 20mg (500r/750g)).
Elastic Material Compatibility: Can be combined with elastic curing agents to create elastic materials with superior mechanical properties (elongation of 400%, tensile strength of 25 MPa).
Rigid Coating Compatibility: Can be used with rigid curing agents, HDI trimer (or dimer), to create a rigid coating film (hardness of 2H).
Easy Application: Suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure impingement mixing spray application, as well as brush, trowel, and roller applications.
