This product is a solvent-free, secondary amine compound synthesized from polyether, a low-viscosity resin that can react with -NCO groups.
Low viscosity, enabling the creation of 100% solid, low-viscosity, environmentally friendly coatings with strong adhesion and no peeling; resistant to low temperatures, with no cracking at -35℃.
High reactivity with a surface drying time between LR-1420 and LR-1520, offering better elasticity and adhesion than LR-1420, suitable for high-elongation, high-elasticity coatings.
Provides a coating film with excellent fullness, leveling, and gloss.
Exceptional weather resistance, anti-aging, and UV stability, suitable for prolonged outdoor use without aging or chalking, maintaining over 95% performance after 4000 hours of QUVA testing.
Outstanding abrasion resistance (abrasion loss ≤20mg at 500 revolutions/750g).
Easy application, compatible with high-temperature, high-pressure impact mixing spray applications, as well as brush, trowel, and roller methods.
Can be combined with the flexible curing agent H-5240B to create elastic materials with excellent mechanical properties (400% elongation, 25 MPa tensile strength), or with rigid curing agents, HDI trimers (or dimers), to resist cracking from thermal expansion and contraction of underlying cement boards due to large temperature variations.
