This product is a solvent-free compound with a bis-secondary amine structure, featuring a low-viscosity resin that can react with -NCO groups.
Low viscosity, allowing formulation of 100% solid, low-viscosity environmentally friendly coatings with excellent adhesion and no peeling; resistant to low temperatures, with no cracking at -35℃.
High reactivity, with surface drying time between LR-1420 and LR-1520. When used with LR-1420, it enhances elasticity and adhesion, suitable for high-elongation, high-elasticity coatings.
Provides a coating film with excellent fullness, leveling, and gloss.
Superior weather resistance, anti-aging, and UV resistance, making it suitable for long-term outdoor use without aging or chalking. Performance remains above 95% after 4000 hours of QUVA testing.
Outstanding abrasion resistance (abrasion loss ≤20mg at 500 revolutions/750g).
Easy to apply, suitable for high-temperature, high-pressure impact mixing spray applications, as well as brush, trowel, and roller applications.
Can be combined with flexible curing agents to create highly elastic materials (400% elongation, 25 MPa tensile strength) or used with rigid curing agents, HDI trimers (or dimers), ensuring no cracking from temperature-induced expansion and contraction of underlying cement boards.
