LR-1100 is a solvent-free polyaspartic resin engineered with a specialized bis-secondary amino and bicycloaliphatic structure. As a highly reactive component with -NCO functional groups, LR-1100 is designed to facilitate the formulation of 100% solid-content, low-VOC coatings that require a balance of long workable pot life and rapid post-application hardening.

For technical directors and procurement managers, LR-1100 is the preferred resin base when the project demands superior optical clarity (Color ≤5) and exceptional mechanical resistance in fluctuating environmental conditions.

LR-1100 allows for high-build coatings with excellent leveling and gloss. Despite its fast hard-drying capability, it provides a stable activation period, making it suitable for high-pressure impingement spraying as well as manual application (brushing/rolling).

Mechanical integrity is maintained across extreme temperature gradients. The resulting film remains completely crack-free at temperatures as low as -35°C, effectively absorbing the stresses generated by the thermal expansion and contraction of underlying substrates like steel or concrete.

Data-driven durability is the hallmark of this polyaspartic resin. Under 4,000 hours of continuous QUV accelerated weathering, LR-1100 maintains over 95% of its performance parameters, offering long-term resistance to chalking, yellowing, and degradation.
