The quaternary acid rust inhibitor is a nitrogen-heterocyclic multi-aminohexanoic acid rust inhibitor that is phosphorus-free and boron-free.
It has a high active ingredient content and reacts with organic bases (such as triethanolamine and monoethanolamine) to provide rust prevention and coupling effects without corroding non-ferrous metals like aluminum alloys.
This product is mainly used for multi-metal protection, including cast iron and steel parts, and is widely applicable in various water-based scenarios such as cleaners, antifreeze, cutting fluids, and rolling fluids.
It is especially suitable for fully synthetic polyether systems, offering superior rust prevention compared to traditional tricarboxylic acid rust inhibitors.
