It is insoluble in water, but its chemical amine or alkaline salts are water-soluble. 311 is an amino acid compound, a low-odor, water-soluble coupling agent that also has certain anti-rust properties. When neutralized with alkali/alcohol amine, it exhibits both coupling and anti-rust effects. It can be used in all types of water-based processing fluid systems, such as metalworking fluids (semi-synthetic and fully synthetic fluids), industrial cleaners, lubricants for offshore oil/gas drilling, and water-based quenching fluids.
1. When neutralized with alkali/alcohol amine, it has a good solubilizing effect on polyethers.
2. Chloride-free, excellent anti-rust performance for iron, cast iron, and ferrous alloys.
3. Low foaming, odorless, and does not produce dust.
4. Leaves no sticky residue after water phase evaporation.
5. Hard water resistance >1000 ppm.
6. Does not cause aluminum discoloration.
7. Does not form nitrosamines.
8. Good thermal stability.
