768 is an all-organic carboxylic ester rust and corrosion inhibitor specifically designed for air-source heat pump antifreeze. 

It can be applied to protect various metals and forms a protective film on the surface of black and non-ferrous metals. 

In addition to providing significant protection for iron, steel, copper, aluminum, and tin, it can also protect galvanized coatings from corrosion.

  1. Utilizing organic acid technology significantly reduces the rate of additive consumption, extending the lifespan of coolant products, with a maintenance lifespan of 3-5 years for coolant products.

  2. Excellent anti-rust and anti-corrosion performance: It contains highly effective organic acid additives, which provide superior anti-rust capabilities to various metals in cooling systems.

  3. Particularly, it significantly enhances the corrosion resistance of galvanized pipes.

Applications and Recommended Dosage

Mainly used for the production of ethylene glycol-based air conditioning coolants. 

The ethylene glycol is of polyester grade, with a content of ≥99.9%, and deionized water conductivity is ≤10μS/cm.

The pH value of the finished coolant is in the range of 9.0-10.0. 

By formulating with additives and blending the coolant according to the product blending process, it can meet the performance requirements of air conditioning coolants.

Packaging and Storage

200KG/drum.

Store in a cool, dry place, away from acids and water. 

Transport as a general non-hazardous chemical.

Shelf life: one year (closed, cool and dry conditions)
