Its unique molecular architecture ensures low foam generation at room temperature, which becomes even lower as the temperature increases, providing a stable and efficient cleaning environment for metal hard surfaces.
Thermo-Responsive Foam Control: Unlike traditional surfactants, L501HS produces low foam during room-temperature spraying, and the foam levels decrease further when heated, making it ideal for heated spray lines.
Deep Degreasing Power: Effectively penetrates and emulsifies various stubborn mineral oils and industrial grease, ensuring a thoroughly clean substrate.
Excellent Rinsability: Formulated for "zero residue" performance. It is easily washed away with water, preventing secondary pollution and ensuring optimal surface tension for subsequent plating or painting.
High-Pressure Compatibility: Specifically stable under the high-shear forces of industrial spray nozzles without excessive sudsing.
