Shenzhen Ruqinba Chemical Materials Co., Ltd. is pleased to announce the official launch of its new Class-A production workshop. Located in the company’s production base, the workshop covers an area of 2,000 square meters, equipped with advanced production facilities and technology to enhance manufacturing capabilities and product quality.
The workshop is equipped with over 30 pieces of machinery, including 10-15 ton reactors, 3-5 ton receiving tanks, vacuum units, ultra-low temperature refrigeration systems, thermal oil furnaces, and air-cooled towers. With a total investment of approximately 18 million RMB, the equipment ensures high efficiency and automation in the production process.
The workshop can produce up to 1,500 tons annually, with an average daily output of 5.5 tons. The entire production process is automated, utilizing state-of-the-art global equipment to ensure an environmentally friendly and efficient production process. By employing high-precision computer calculations for material input, the workshop minimizes waste and enhances production accuracy.
