Chip glue spraying process
REP-8200 Adhesion Promoter is primarily used after wire bonding in chip packaging. It is sprayed onto the chip and lead frame to enhance the adhesion of epoxy resin during subsequent processing under high temperature and pressure conditions. This promoter ensures that the epoxy resin remains resistant to deformation or damage in high-temperature, high-pressure environments, allowing the encapsulating epoxy resin to adhere perfectly to the chip.
REP-8200 is frequently used in high-end chip packaging processes in aerospace, military, and deep-sea operations.
