AY77B is a multifunctional additive designed for full-synthetic metalworking fluids. It provides flocculation and sedimentation capability, excellent tramp oil resistance, and controlled demulsification. Additionally, it offers auxiliary broad-spectrum microbial control.

Features

  1. Fully water-soluble across a wide pH range, easy to use, low-foaming, and non-volatile.

  2. Recommended for use in synthetic aqueous formulations; its unique chemical structure and cationic properties destabilize emulsified oil droplets, providing effective demulsification.

  3. Helps inhibit microbial growth and eliminate odors caused by microbial contamination.

  4. Its polymeric nature promotes the flocculation and removal of suspended solids, particularly metallic particles, ensuring cleaner working fluids and extended storage life.
