1022C is a water-based silicone aluminum corrosion inhibitor that is completely soluble in water. It is mainly used in water-based metalworking fluid systems to effectively protect the surface of aluminum from corrosion. It also has good corrosion inhibition for solder and can significantly reduce its corrosion in water.

1022C is a water-based silicone ketone aluminum corrosion inhibitor that can be completely dissolved in water.
It is mainly used for corrosion inhibition of aluminum in aqueous environments.
It also has excellent corrosion inhibition function for solder, which can reduce the corrosion of solder in water.
1. Does not contain phosphorus, avoiding the disadvantages of phosphorus-containing aluminum corrosion inhibitors (high cost, easy bacteria, high foam);
2. The slow-release efficiency is high, and the addition amount generally does not exceed 1%.
3. Maintains a good slow-release effect in a high pH environment;
4. Environmental protection, low toxicity, tasteless, easy to discharge;
5. Does not affect the machining accuracy of the workpiece.
